目的:对针层孔菌(Phellinus sp.)P11水提物及醇提物的不同溶剂萃取部位进行体外抗肿瘤活性评价。方法:针层孔菌P11子实体经醇提、水提获得提取物,乙醇提取物经氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分步萃取获得萃取物。采用MTT法测定各样品对肿瘤细胞的抑制率。结果:针层孔菌P11的乙醇提取物抗肿瘤活性明显优于水提取物,对中枢神经系统癌细胞SF-268、肺癌细胞NCI-H460及乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的抑制率分别达到86.90%、86.25%、95.15%。乙醇提取物分步萃取获得的乙酸乙酯部位活性最好,对以上3种肿瘤细胞的IC50分别达到65.3、110.9、56.7μg/mL。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the antitumor activity of Phellinus sp. P11 aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts at different solvent extraction sites in vitro. Methods: The fruiting body of Pneumocystis pneumoniae P11 was extracted by alcohol and extracted by water. The ethanol extract was extracted by chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The inhibitory rate of each sample on tumor cells was determined by MTT method. Results: The antitumor activity of ethanol extracts from Pneumocystis pneumoniae P11 was significantly better than that of water extract, and the inhibitory rates of SF-268, NCI-H460 and MCF-7 in breast cancer cells in central nervous system were 86.90% , 86.25%, 95.15%. The ethyl acetate fraction obtained by stepwise extraction of ethanol extract had the best activity. The IC50 of these three kinds of tumor cells reached 65.3, 110.9 and 56.7 μg / mL respectively.
