采用熔盐电解法,在700℃的NaCl-CaCl2体系熔盐中制备了钛铁合金。结果表明,NaCl和CaCl2体系混合熔盐在700℃环境下具有较高的导电性能。从开始电解至7 h的时间段内,含铁量越低则电流越小;当达到7 h电解时间时,各个阴极片的三相晶体界面较为相似,电流约为0.3 A。
Using molten salt electrolysis method, a ferro-titanium alloy was prepared in molten salt of NaCl-CaCl2 system at 700 ℃. The results show that mixed molten salt of NaCl and CaCl2 system has high electrical conductivity at 700 ℃. From the initial electrolysis to 7 h, the lower the iron content, the smaller the current. When the 7 h electrolysis time was reached, the three-phase interface of each cathode sheet was similar and the current was about 0.3 A.
