三菱金属公司(MMC)秋田锌精炼厂月平均生产西方特高级(SHG)锌3500吨、锌压铸合金2300吨、连续热镀锌合金(CGG)1000吨(CGG含铝0.3～0.6%),和Galfan合金100吨。随着热镀锌合金使用范围的扩大,生产按用户所要求的各种特性CGG合金是十分必要的。三菱金属公司开发的特殊高阻尼特性的新型Cosmal(即科斯马耳—Z)合金正在半工业规模生产。本文介绍了秋田厂近期操作情况,并着重于熔铸车间的概况。
Mitsubishi Metals Corporation (MMC) Akita zinc refinery produces on average 3,500 tons of SHG zinc, 2,300 tons of zinc die-cast alloy and 1,000 tons of continuous hot-dip galvanized alloy (CGG) 0.3-6.0% Galfan alloy 100 tons. With the expansion of the use of hot-dip galvanized alloy, CGG alloy production according to the various characteristics required by the user is very necessary. The new Cosmal (ie Kosmos-Z) alloy, developed by Mitsubishi Metals for its special high damping properties, is being produced on a semi-industrial scale. This article describes Akita’s recent operations and focuses on the overview of the foundry.
