通过尼泊尔地震救援实地工作,对个人携行装备的重要性和常用性进行需求评价,为卫生救援个人携行装备的科学配置提供依据。采用目的抽样方法,对33~54岁19名男性防疫队员进行个人携行装备需求评价调查。通过聚类分析和单因素方差分析表明,75项个人携行装备按重要性和常用性分为三类,第一类(不重要且不常用类)包含24项装备,重要性和常用性平均(2.98±0.25)分和(2.31±0.32)分;第二类(重要且常用一般类)包含24项装备,两项平均为(3.51±0.18)分和(3.08±0.34)分;第三类(重要且常用类)包含27项装备,两项平均为(4.27±0.36)分和(4.21±0.38)分;三类别重要性(F=138.40,P=0.000)与常用性(F=191.33,P=0.000)差异均有统计学意义。地震卫生救援个人携行装备配置应综合重要性和常用性的人本原则,突出适用性、精简优化配置。
Through the earthquake relief work in Nepal, the importance and commonality of personal carrying equipment needs assessment, to provide scientific basis for the scientific configuration of personal aid equipment. Using the purpose of sampling methods, 33 to 54-year-old 19 male epidemic prevention team conducted a personal carry equipment needs assessment survey. Through cluster analysis and one-way analysis of variance, it is shown that 75 items of personal carrying equipment are divided into three categories according to the importance and commonality, the first category (not important and not commonly used category) contains 24 items, the importance and commonality average 2.98 ± 0.25) and (2.31 ± 0.32) points respectively; the second category (important and commonly used) contained 24 items with an average of (3.51 ± 0.18) points and (3.08 ± 0.34) points for the two items; (F = 138.40, P = 0.000) and commonality (F = 191.33, P = 0.000) The differences were statistically significant. Earthquake Rescue and Personal Transport Equipment configuration should be integrated importance and commonality of human-based principles, highlighting applicability, streamlining the optimal allocation.
