提出具有导流筒、W型槽底和螺旋搅拌桨固液悬浮搅拌槽的放大,以及槽内流体速度分布的数学模型。用光导纤维-微机联用技术测定悬浮液浓度,激光多谱勒测速仪测定槽内液体流场的速度分布,验证了数学模型。
A mathematical model of the amplification of solid-liquid suspension stirred tank with draft tube, W-groove bottom and helical impeller and the velocity distribution in the tank is proposed. The optical fiber - microcomputer technology was used to determine the suspension concentration, and the laser Doppler velocimeter was used to determine the velocity distribution of liquid flow in the tank. The mathematical model was verified.
