针对保德神东发电公司135MW CFB锅炉SO2排放超标问题,分析原有炉内脱硫系统脱硫效率达不到设计值的原因,并结合国内同类型CFB锅炉SO2排放浓度不达标的原因情况和炉内脱硫系统设计运行情况,研究了保德神东发电公司入炉煤质和石灰石特性,制定并完成了公司2×135MW CFB锅炉炉内脱硫系统改造。改造后经山西省环境监测中心站监测表明:2台锅炉脱硫效率均可达到90%以上,SO2排放浓度均在153mg/Nm(3O2=6.0%)以下,满足国家环保要求。
In view of the excessive SO2 emission of 135MW CFB boiler in Baoding Shendong Power Generation Company, the reason why the desulfurization efficiency in the original furnace can not reach the design value is analyzed. Combined with the reasons that SO2 emission concentration of the same type of CFB boiler in China is not up to standard, Desulfurization system design and operation, research Baode Shendong Power Company into the furnace of coal and limestone characteristics, developed and completed the company 2 × 135MW CFB boiler desulfurization system transformation. After the transformation, the monitoring by Shanxi Environmental Monitoring Center Station showed that the desulfurization efficiency of the two boilers can reach more than 90%, and the SO2 emission concentrations are below 153mg / Nm (3O2 = 6.0%), meeting the requirements of national environmental protection.
