目的讨论优质护理在体检采血后穿刺点按压情况的护理效果。方法选取到我院进行静脉采血的240例体检者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为常规护理组和优质护理组,对两组体检者的护理效果进行分析比较。结果 (1)两组体检者经过不同的护理后,优质护理组体检者采血穿刺按压不良反应发生率4.1%明显低于常规护理组体检者12.4%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经过护理后,优质护理组体检者总满意率99.2%明显高于常规护理组体检者的90.0%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在体检采血后穿刺点按压情况的护理中具有重要的意义,通过优质护理不仅减少了体检者不良反应的发生率,也提高了体检者的护理满意率,在提高护理人员护理水平的同时也降低了医患纠纷的发生,值得在临床中广泛推广和使用。 Objective To discuss the nursing effect of the puncture point pressing on the high-quality nursing after physical examination. Methods A total of 240 cases of venous blood taken from our hospital were selected as research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into routine nursing group and high-quality nursing group. The nursing effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results (1) After the two groups of patients underwent different nursing care, the incidence of adverse reactions of blood pressure and puncture in the high-quality care group was significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group by 4.1% and 12.4% respectively (P <0.05) . (2) After nursing, the total satisfaction rate of quality control group was 99.2%, which was significantly higher than 90.0% of those of routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing is of great significance in the nursing of puncture point pressure after physical blood sampling. Quality nursing not only reduces the incidence of adverse reactions of physical examination but also improves the nursing satisfaction rate of the medical examiner. In improving the nursing level of the nursing staff It also reduces the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and deserves to be widely promoted and used clinically.
