本文分析了当代监测装置和方法如铁谱仪、原子吸收光谱仪等在机械设备故障诊断与状态监测定量分析方面的用途及其固有缺陷,认为已无法满足当今对监测技术的进一步要求,为此在预研论证和性能参数优选与匹配的基础上,研制了一种新型微粒定量分析仪,能对粒度在5~7μm(微米)以上的微粒分档计量。通过初步应用认为,该仪器在教学、科研和工程上具有重要意义。
This paper analyzes the use of modern monitoring devices and methods such as iron spectrometer and atomic absorption spectrometer in the quantitative analysis of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis and condition monitoring and its inherent flaws and finds it impossible to meet the further requirements of monitoring technology today. Pre-feasibility studies and performance parameters optimization and matching based on the development of a new type of particle quantitative analyzer, capable of particle size in the 5 ~ 7μm (micron) above the particle size measurement. Through preliminary application, the instrument is of great significance in teaching, research and engineering.
