近来,舆论中报忧的似乎少了。不过,从本刊收到的群众来信看,却有不少是报忧的。有的是报个人的忧,有的是报家庭的忧,最多的是报企业的忧。群众报忧难免要有一些怨言,但这并不是一件坏事。报忧才能知忧,知忧才能解忧,解忧才能转忧为喜。如果对“忧”采取掩盖回避的态度,弄不好就会转忧为害。报着这样一种态度,我们选择几封群众的抱忧信件,刊登出来,在此与读者交流,希望读者尤其是政府部门的同志能够倾听群众的报忧声,共同探求解忧之策。
Recently, there seems to be less public opinion in the media. However, from the letter of the people received by this magazine, there are many reports of anxiety. Some report personal concerns, some report family concerns, and most report business concerns. It is not a bad thing for the masses to worry about inevitably some complaints. Retiring to worry can help you to understand your concerns, worry about your concerns can help you solve your problems, and resolve your concerns can turn your worries into happiness. If we take a cover-up and avoidance attitude toward “worry,” we will turn our backs on worry. With such an attitude, we chose several letters of concern from the masses, published them, and communicated with readers here. I hope that the readers, especially the comrades of government departments, can listen to the public’s complaints and seek common solutions.
