观察到老年小鼠肝DNA熔解温度和热增色效应均显著高于青年小鼠;服用抗衰延寿方后,老年小鼠DNA熔解温度和热增色效应均显著低于对照老年小鼠。结果表明抗衰延寿方可以改善老年小鼠肝DNA熔解温度和热增色效应老化性改变。
The DNA melting temperature and thermal hyperchromic effects of aged mice were significantly higher than those of young mice. After taking Kangshou Shou Shoufang, the effects of DNA melt temperature and heat-enhancement were significantly lower in aged mice than in control old mice. The results showed that the anti-Ban Yan Shou Fang can improve the aged mice liver DNA melting temperature and aging effects of thermal effects.
