目的:考察生远志及其总皂苷与蜜远志对大鼠胃肠Cajal间质细胞(ICC)的影响,探讨蜜炙降低生远志胃肠动力障碍的相关机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法对比观察各组大鼠胃、小肠c-kit阳性ICC的变化。结果:生远志组和总皂苷组能显著降低胃、小肠肌间神经丛c-kit阳性ICC细胞的含量(P<0.01);而蜜远志组对胃、小肠肌间神经丛c-kit阳性ICC含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:生远志与总皂苷导致胃肠动力障碍的机制,可能与减少胃肠ICC相关;远志总皂苷是引起胃动力异常的主要物质基础;远志经蜂蜜炮制后从某种程度上保护胃肠ICC。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Polygalaceae and its total saponins and honey polygala on the gastrointestinal Cajal interstitial cells (ICC) in rats, and to explore the mechanism of honey sunburn reduction in gastrointestinal motility disorders. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to compare the changes of c-kit positive ICC in stomach and small intestine of rats in each group. Results: Sheng Yuan Zhi group and total saponin group can significantly reduce the stomach and small intestine myenteric plexus c-kit positive ICC cell content (P <0.01), and honey on the stomach, small intestine myenteric plexus c-kit positive ICC Content had no significant effect (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Polygalaceae and total saponins cause gastrointestinal motility disorder may be related to the reduction of gastrointestinal ICC; Polygalaceae saponin is the main material basis for causing gastric motility disorders; Polygalaceae honey processing to some extent after the protection of gastrointestinal ICC .
