一台瑞典Atlas Boomerh104全液压凿岩台车,在投入施工的初期就发生钎尾、钻杆频繁断裂的情况,平均打130多个孔(累计进尺约400 m)就断1根钎尾或钻杆(钎尾或钻杆的断裂一般是交替发生的),远远低于其设计使用寿命。 从钻杆与钎尾的断裂部位来看,属于螺纹的疲劳断裂,即因螺纹(与连接套拧紧的一侧)损坏而导致钻杆或钎尾的断裂(见附图)。台车在钻进过程中,连接套、钻杆、钎尾相互的结合部位会产生大量的热量,若用手触摸它们不能超过3s,甚至使连接套在结合部位出现发蓝的情况,这表明其局部温度已达到了400℃以上。并且在钎尾和钻杆的端面上出现了比较严重的气蚀麻坑。
