21世纪最缺的是人才,但不缺人,企业间的竞争便是人才的竞争,在当前经济形势下,充分发挥人才优势,对企业发展尤为重要。建立一套适应企业发展的人才激励机制且与之配套的薪酬管理体系,激发全体员工的主观能动性、潜力和创新能力,是我国大部分企业面临的重要问题。本文着力从激励的对象、人才激励的方式方法、薪酬管理等方面结合本人多年的企业管理工作经验进行了深入的研究。
In the 21st century, talent is the most lacking. However, there is no shortage of people. Competition among enterprises is talent competition. In the current economic situation, it is especially important for enterprises to give full play to their advantages in personnel development. It is an important issue for most enterprises in our country to set up a set of compensation management system that is adapted to the talent incentive mechanism of the enterprise and which is matched with the compensation management system to stimulate the subjective initiative, potential and innovation ability of all employees. This article focuses on the object of encouragement, ways and means of talent incentives, compensation management, combined with my many years of business management experience in-depth study.
