患者女,25岁。入院前3个月起出现背部疼痛,同时伴右下肢麻木,发展至左下肢,最后上升至胸部。入院前2周起双下肢乏力,并伴有充盈性尿失禁。检查:T_4以下双侧痛温觉减退,双下肢肌力1～2级,腱反射活跃,左下肢巴彬斯基征阳性。MRI显示:T_(2-3)椎管内髓外约2.5cm×1cm×2cm大小的占位性病变。T_1和T_2均呈高信号改变,界限清楚,脊髓明显受压、移位。术中见肿瘤位于T_(2-3)之间,占据椎管之右侧。肿瘤大小约2.5cm×1.2cm×2.3cm,贯穿 Female patient, 25 years old.
