党内监督是党的建设的重要内容,是全面从严治党的必然要求。党的执政地位,决定了党内监督在各类监督形式中是最基本的、第一位的。党的十八届六中全会通过的《中国共产党党内监督条例》围绕主客体规定职责,围绕职责设计制度,围绕制度构建体系,是我们党着眼新形势下解决党内监督突出问题的顶层设计。 Inner-party supervision is an important part of party building and an inevitable requirement for an overall strict control of the party. The ruling position of the party determines that inner-party supervision is the most basic and primary one in all forms of supervision. The “CPC Internal Supervision Regulations” passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee have set the duties around the subject and the object, and have designed the system around duties and set up a system around the system. This is the top-level design of our party that focuses on resolving the outstanding problems of the supervision within the party under the new situation .
