目的通过对河池市居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌及大肠菌群的检测,初步了解河池市市售食品致病菌的污染情况,提高食源性疾病预警和控制能力。方法按照2010年度《广西食品安全风险监测工作手册》要求的检测方法,对13种食品中的9种目标菌进行检测。结果 2010年共监测13种食品150份,检出致病菌6株,总检出率4.00%(6/150)。其中检出金黄色葡萄球菌1株,检出率1.47%(1/68),检出副溶血性弧菌5株,检出率20.00%(5/25),未检出沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌O157、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、创伤弧菌、空肠弯曲菌和阪崎肠杆菌。大肠菌群总超标率为73.68%(42/57)。结论河池市居民主要消费食品存在食源性致病菌污染,加强食品卫生监督,有针对性的控制各类食品致病菌的污染是防止食源性疾病的重要措施。
Objective To detect the food-borne pathogens and coliforms in the main consumer foods of Hechi residents and to get a preliminary understanding of the pollution of food-borne pathogens in Hechi city and to improve the ability of early warning and control of food-borne diseases. Methods According to the testing methods required by the 2010 Guangxi Food Safety Risk Monitoring Workbook, 9 kinds of target bacteria in 13 kinds of foodstuffs were tested. Results A total of 150 samples of 13 kinds of food were monitored in 2010, of which 6 were detected. The total detection rate was 4.00% (6/150). One strain of Staphylococcus aureus was detected with a detection rate of 1.47% (1/68). Five strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected with a detection rate of 20.00% (5/25), no Salmonella, E. coli O157 Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio vulnificus, Campylobacter jejuni, and Enterobacter sakazakii. The total over-standard rate of coliform bacteria was 73.68% (42/57). Conclusion Hechi City, the main consumer food consumption of food-borne pathogens contamination, strengthen food hygiene supervision, targeted control of various types of foodborne pathogens contamination is an important measure to prevent foodborne diseases.
