采用钢液直接定氧的方式对硅铝钡钙与硅铝铁 +硅钙两种脱氧工艺进行了比较 ,结果表明前一种工艺的脱氧效果明显强于后者。对使用复合脱氧剂前后钢的质量亦作了相关定量分析 ,结果表明部分质量检测数据得到改善。 The direct oxygenation of molten steel was used to compare the two deoxidation processes of Si, Al, Ba, Ca, Si, Fe and Si. The results show that the deoxidation effect of the former process is obviously stronger than that of the latter. The quality of steel before and after the use of composite deoxidizer also made quantitative analysis, the results show that part of the quality test data has been improved.
