利用自主设计的水合物抑制剂评价装置,分析比较了蒸馏水及气田高盐水环境中水合物的形成规律,重点评价了高盐水环境中PVP、NVC、Poly(VP/VCap)、PVCap 4种抑制剂的使用效果。结果表明,压力为7.0 MPa,温度为3℃的条件下,蒸馏水环境中水合物的形成时间为16 min;而高盐水环境中水合物的形成时间为45 min。质量分数为2.0%时,上述4种抑制剂在高盐水环境中的有效抑制时间分别为300、350、>1 100、>1 100 min;其中PVCap在质量分数为0.5%时抑制时间就超过1 100 min,其抑制性能最优,满足现有气田工艺要求。高盐水环境有利于抑制剂发挥抑制效果。动力学型抑制剂具有加量少、毒性低的优点。
The formation of hydrate in distilled water and high salt water environment of gas field was analyzed and compared with self-designed hydrate inhibitor evaluation device.
