近年来,作为提高教学效率的重要手段之一,分层次教学的实施已成为适应素质教育的要求,解决农村学生数学基础差异问题,实现新课程标准教学目标的关键。本文结合笔者多年的实践经验,分析了分层教学活动中,分层、备课、课堂授课、课后练习及考评等各个阶段应注意的问题,提出了“因材施教、分层提高”的具体教学策略。
In recent years, as one of the most important means to improve teaching efficiency, the implementation of teaching in different levels has become the key to meet the requirements of quality education, solve the problem of math differences among rural students and achieve the goal of new curriculum standards. Based on the author’s many years of practical experience, this article analyzes the problems that should be noticed in the teaching activities of stratification, stratification, preparation, classroom teaching, practice and evaluation after class, and puts forward the concrete teaching method of “teaching students according to their aptitude and increasing stratification” teaching strategy.
