27例恶性肿瘤合并胸痛病人采用胸膜或胸壁及肺切除,术后疼痛均得以缓解。经随访,术后16例肺癌患者,采用冲击化疗共两次,生存期从3～23个月,中位生存期10个月。作者认为:手术对恶性肿瘤合并胸痛,特别是顽固性胸痛的效果良好,术后化疗可巩固疗效并提高生存期。
Twenty-seven patients with malignant tumors combined with chest pains were treated with pleural or chest wall and lung resection. The postoperative pain was relieved. After follow-up, 16 patients with lung cancer were treated with impact chemotherapy twice. The survival period was from 3 to 23 months and the median survival period was 10 months. The authors believe that the operation has a good effect on malignant tumors combined with chest pain, especially stubborn chest pain. Postoperative chemotherapy can consolidate the curative effect and improve the survival period.
