采用近液相线铸造法制备含稀土La的ADC12铝合金半固态浆料,研究了稀土La含量、保温时间以及保温温度对ADC12铝合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明:ADC12铝合金通过加入稀土La并在液相线附近进行保温处理,能有效地细化枝晶,促进近球状颗粒的形成。加入质量分数为0.6%的La并在585℃保温15 min制备的ADC12铝合金半固态组织细小、均匀,初生α-Al颗粒呈近球状,共晶Si呈细小颗粒状。
The semi-solid slurry of ADC12 aluminum alloy containing rare earth La was prepared by near-liquid-phase casting. The effects of rare earth La content, holding time and holding temperature on the semi-solid structure of ADC12 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the addition of rare earth La and the heat treatment in the vicinity of the liquidus of ADC12 aluminum alloy can refine the dendrite and promote the formation of near-spherical particles. The semisynthetic microstructure of ADC12 aluminum alloy prepared by adding 0.6wt% La and holding at 585 ℃ for 15min was fine and uniform. The primary α-Al particles were nearly spherical, and the eutectic Si was fine and granular.
