以某热连轧生产线主传动F1~F4机架增容改造为背景,对交交变频主传动的控制系统进行了设计、装置制造、调试及新功能开发。从传动系统的稳态分析及轧制过渡过程入手,推导了交交变频传动系统带负荷观测器和不带负荷观测器的传递函数,利用MATLAB进行稳定性分析,找到了轧机振动的原因,提出了抑制措施。投入负荷观测器后,对抑制轧机振动起到了良好的实际效果。
Based on the capacity expansion and transformation of main drive F1 ~ F4 in a hot tandem mill, the control system of the main drive of AC drive was designed, manufactured, debugged and developed with new functions. Starting with the steady state analysis of the transmission system and the process of rolling transition, the transfer function of the AC drive system with and without load observer is deduced. The stability of the transmission system is analyzed by MATLAB and the reason of rolling mill vibration is found. Suppression measures. Into the load observer, to suppress rolling mill has played a good practical effect.
