城市暴雨内涝灾害的频发,已经给城市居民生命、财产安全等造成了严重威胁。对城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性模拟,可为城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性预报预警提供依据。以长春市南关区为研究区,以城市暴雨内涝灾害为研究对象,从多情景视角出发,提出了城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性多情景模拟框架,并以一、二维非恒定流为控制方程,以不规则网格为骨架综合构建了城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性数值模拟模型,实现研究区暴雨内涝灾害危险性多情景模拟。研究结果可为城市内涝应急管理部门在内涝灾害预报预警上提供参考依据。
The frequent occurrence of urban waterlogging disaster in urban areas has posed a serious threat to the lives of urban residents and the safety of property. Simulation of the risk of waterlogging disaster in urban rainstorms can provide the basis for forecasting and early warning of the risk of waterlogging disaster in urban rainstorms. Taking Nan Guan District of Changchun City as the research area and the city floods and waterlogging disasters as the research object, the multi-scenario simulation framework of urban flood disaster risk is put forward from the perspective of multi-scenarios. Based on the one-dimensional and two-dimensional unsteady flow equations , A numerical simulation model of the risk of waterlogging and flood disaster in urban areas was constructed by using the irregular grid as a skeleton to simulate the risk of floods and floods in the study area. The results can provide a reference for the urban waterlogging emergency management department in forecasting waterlogging disaster.
