目的探讨某烟厂污水处理站存在的职业病危害因素及职业病危害防护措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生学调查及职业病危害因素测试方法。结果该污水处理站风机房噪声结果超标,毒物检测结果虽低于国家职业接触限值,但硫化氢等混合废气恶臭气味较重。结论污水处理站的职业病危害防护设施整改工作的重点是谨防硫化氢急性中毒事故的发生。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards and the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards in a smoke plant sewage treatment station. Methods Occupational Health Survey and occupational hazards test methods were used. Results The noise level of the blower room of this WWTP exceeded the standard. Although the result of poison detection was lower than the national occupational exposure limit, the smell of mixed flue gas such as hydrogen sulfide was heavier. Conclusion The focus of rectification of occupational hazard protection facilities at sewage treatment stations is to guard against the occurrence of acute poisoning of hydrogen sulfide.
