In 1989, tea exports reached 204,600 tons, ranking second in the world, but from 1990 to 1993 they were 195,500 tons, 184,900 tons, and 17.55 respectively. Ten thousand tons and 201,400 tons. Imports have decreased and are relatively liberalized, causing sales in our traditional markets to decline. Second, the management system is not perfect. Although the country implements license management on tea exports, it can only manage the quantity of commodities, but the quality and price are not perfect. On the one hand, it causes the proliferation of tea parallels, the disorder of business order, and the lack of customer confidence.
