针对通常采用的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)在施工企业项目信息化评价方面的不足进行改进,改进方法在筛选指标的过程中区分定性指标和定量指标,引入三角模糊函数,并通过行和归一法将模糊判断矩阵改造为模糊一致判断矩阵,利用排序向量的最小偏差法求得指标权重,从而减小计算过程中存在的误差。最后实例验证了改进方法的可操作性,为施工企业项目信息化评价提供参考。
In view of the commonly used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this paper improves the deficiencies of construction enterprise project informatization evaluation. The improved method distinguishes the qualitative index and the quantitative index in the process of selecting index, introduces the triangular fuzzy function, The method transforms the fuzzy judgment matrix into a fuzzy consistent judgment matrix, and uses the least deviation method of the sorted vector to obtain the weight of the index so as to reduce the error existing in the calculation process. The last example verifies the operability of the improved method and provides a reference for the project informatization of construction enterprises.
