随着国家电网公司的“十二五”计划的战略目标的提出,我国电网公司在今后的五年之内将要实现更加艰巨的目标,而这其中,人力资源作为国家电网最为重要的生产要素之一,其素质的高低将直接决定企业的绩效。在“十二五”的大背景之下,转变传统的电力培训模式,构建高素质教师队伍,规范化管理电力培训工作,对于提升员工素质,有效提升企业的生产效率都具有极大的推动作用。
