FDOD(function of degree of disagreement)方法,对12个SARS冠状病毒分离株和12种以往发现的冠状病毒进行了全基因组比较,构造出种系进化无根树。
SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) coronavirus has been recognized by the World Health Organization as the SARS infectious disease pathogens, and its whole genome sequencing work by China, Canada, the United States and other countries to complete the research team. However, its origin is still a mystery. In order to find out the origin of SARS-CoV, genome-wide comparisons of 12 SARS-CoV isolates and 12 previously found coronaviruses were carried out based on FDOD (function of degree of disagreement) Germ-line evolution without root tree. The results showed that these two types of viruses, consisting of 12 SARS coronavirus isolates and 12 previously identified coronaviruses, all came from the Coronavirus, but they are located on two different evolutionary branches. Three of the coronaviruses are accurately reconstructed. Based on the results obtained, it is speculated that the SARS coronavirus is more similar to the coronavirus in the first group. Based on the phylogenetic tree topology and the association between SARS-CoV isolates and the SARS-CoV strain causing the outbreak of the Metropole Hotel in Hong Kong, it is speculated that each of the SARS-CoV isolates is located on two large branches of the phylogenetic tree, respectively Provide supplementary information for the epidemiological study of SARS.
