当前,在国际政治经济形势复杂多变和国内社会转型的多重压力下,企业经营正处于攻坚克难阶段,面临着许多新情况、新问题、新挑战,职工的思想情绪容易受到各种诱因的影响,极易产生心理浮躁、不安定、不理性或意志消沉等焦点敏感问题。职工的焦点敏感问题,往往与职工的切身利益密切相关,处理稍有偏差,就可能导致矛盾激化。妥善处理不断出现的职工焦点敏感问题,是企业思想政治工作的重要课题。
