目的 研究口腔鳞癌中n m23 - H1 基因的m R N A 表达情况及其与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用斑点杂交的方法检测8 例口腔鳞癌,2 例正常口腔粘膜中n m23 - H1 基因的m R N A 表达情况。结果 2例正常口腔粘膜中nm23 - H1 基因的m R N A 表达水平均较高;4 例手术时无颈淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌组织中3 例nm23 - H1 m R N A 呈相对高表达,1 例表达水平较低;而伴有颈淋巴结转移的4 例口腔鳞癌组织中nm23 - H1 m R N A 均为相对低表达。结论 提示nm23 - H1 基因m R N A 的低水平表达可能与口腔鳞癌的颈淋巴结转移有关
Objective To study the m R N A expression of n m23 - H1 gene in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with cervical lymph node metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Dot blot hybridization was used to detect the m R N A expression of n m23 - H1 gene in 8 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 2 normal oral mucosa. Results The mR N A expression levels of nm23-H1 gene in 2 normal oral mucosa were high, and 3 cases of nm23-H1 m R N A were relatively highly expressed in 4 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma without cervical lymph node metastasis. In one case, the expression level was low; however, the nm23-H1 m R-NA was relatively low in 4 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The low level expression of nm23-H1 gene m R N A may be related to cervical lymph node metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma
