近年来我国加大对农业的投入,实施了一系列惠农政策,其中农村“村村通公路”政策为群众出行提供了便利,推进了新农村建设的步伐。然而,政策实施中仍存在一些问题。本文通过提出解决这些问题的政策建议,希望进一步完善“村村通公路”政策,使广大农民享受经济和社会发展的成果。 In recent years, China has stepped up its investment in agriculture and implemented a series of policies to benefit farmers. Among them, the policy of “village-through-roads” provided convenience for the masses and promoted the pace of building a new socialist countryside. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of the policy. By proposing policy suggestions to solve these problems, this article hopes to further improve the policy of “connecting every village to the road” so as to enable the vast number of peasants to enjoy the fruits of economic and social development.
