做企业,取得成功离不开“工匠精神”。一方面是外因,合作单位促使我们对待产品、对待工作要关注细节、精益求精;一方面是内因,我们要超过对手,凭的是“精雕细琢”的过硬品质和一丝不苟的服务。多年来,我们在公司内部开展“持续改善”活动,让各个层面的员工立足岗位、专注岗位、优化工作、创新提升,提出和实践改善活动,公司每个季度评定一次、奖励一次、发表一次。许许多多一线的“工匠”由此得到了重视,得到了“表现”的机会。职工技能比武活动已经持续了近10年,一线员工可以和班(组)长同台竞技,徒弟也可以和师傅同台竞技,通过理论和实践考试,
