提出了在性能可靠性研究中大量存在的“互补型系统”的概念,明确指出此类系统的特征,针对互补型系统可靠度计算方法进行了有益的探索,给出了对应的结构函数以及积分算法与离散算法。以某工程自动装弹机具有互补特点的三大部件为例,进行了分析计算,证明该方法的实用性、正确性和预测的准确性。实践证明,在预测互补型系统的可靠性中具有较大的参考价值。
The concept of “complementary system” is presented in the study of performance reliability. The characteristics of such systems are clearly pointed out. The methods for calculating the reliability of the complementary system are explored. The corresponding structure functions and integrals Algorithms and Discrete Algorithms. Taking the three components with the complementary features of an automatic loading machine as an example, the analysis and calculation are carried out to prove the practicability, accuracy and prediction accuracy of the method.
