改革师专外国文学教学内容，编写跨世纪的具有师范专科特色的外国文学教材的呼声日甚。本文就此提出了自己的观点。首先，要更新外国文学史观。其次，在编写的指导思想和理论研究上，还应处理好五个问题：一、求新与唯新的关系；二、知识体系完整性与少而精原则的关系；三、教材美感与平民批评风格的关系；四、分析方法上单一与多元的关系；五、一些必要的技术处理。 Reforming the content of teaching foreign literature and writing foreign language textbooks with the characteristics of normal colleges and universities across the century has become increasingly common. This article put forward my own views. First of all, we should update the history of foreign literature. Second, in the preparation of the guiding ideology and theoretical research, we should also deal with five issues: First, the new and new relations; Second, the integrity of the knowledge system and the principle of less and sperm; Third, the beauty of textbooks and civilians Criticism of the relationship between style; Fourth, the analysis of single and multiple relationships; Fifth, some necessary technical processing.
