模糊数学理论把工程中的一些模糊对象,通过定量和定性相结合的分析方法,运用数学的语言对其进行深刻描述,并给予定量解决。文章通过对模糊综合评价法在水利工程投资风险评估中应用的研究,并结合工程实例给予分析,为减少水利工程投资过程中的风险损失,提高水利工程投资决策水平提供了科学的依据。重点讨论模糊综合评价法在水利工程投资风险评估中的应用,并通过工程实例给予分析,旨在减少水利工程投资过程中的风险损失,为提高水利工程投资决策水平提供依据。
Fuzzy mathematics theory puts some fuzzy objects in the project through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, using mathematical language to describe it in a profound way and give quantitative solution. This article provides a scientific basis for reducing the risk loss in investment of water conservancy project and improving the investment decision-making level of water conservancy project through the research on the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the risk assessment of investment in water conservancy project and the analysis of engineering examples. This paper focuses on the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the risk assessment of investment in water conservancy projects and gives an analysis through project examples so as to reduce the risk losses in the investment of water conservancy projects and provide the basis for improving the investment decision-making level of water conservancy projects.
