Nutritionists generally believe that people who only eat vegetarian food, refused to dairy products prone to osteoporosis. However, the findings released by American physicians are surprising - the strict vegetarians, though looking skinny and thinner than ordinary people, actually have a stronger bone and a healthier body. Strict vegetarians only eat plant-derived foods that do not undergo cooking, processing, or any other treatment that alters their original structure.
