因历史、地域、行业性质等各种因素,当前农电职工队伍人员年龄偏大,总体文化素质偏低,大中专毕业生比例偏低,专业性、技术性人员相对缺乏,不利于形成一支技术型的骨干队伍,面对农电发展新的形势,加快供电企业农电员工的人力资源开发、全面提升农电职工素质已经刻不容缓。
