目前的研究认为,在眼前段缺血而继发虹膜血管扩张的情况下,通过角膜和血管传递氧来防治虹膜红变和眼前段缺血坏死,是有价值的。在常压或高压下,通过角膜或全身给氧,可使房水中氧分压升高。作者选用家兔和猴,进行了这项实验研究。采用体重2~3kg的家兔,用游泳护目镜紧贴固定于头部,眼周围呈密封状态。护目镜两眼都有进出气孔。舱内压力为常压和2个大气压。应用3种气体:纯氧(100%)、纯氮(100%)和空气(含氧21%)。所有家兔都肌注麻药进行麻醉。家兔正常房水中氧分压为63.5±12.3mmHg。共进行6组试验,结果如下:
Current research suggests that it is valuable to prevent iris redistribution and anterior segment ischemic necrosis by delivering oxygen through the cornea and blood vessels in the presence of secondary anterior segment iris vasodilation. Under atmospheric or high pressure, through the cornea or systemic oxygen, aqueous oxygen in the partial pressure can be increased. The authors selected rabbits and monkeys to conduct this experimental study. Rabbits weighing 2 to 3 kg were fixed with the swimming goggles in the head and their eyes were sealed. Goggles have both out of stomata. The pressure in the chamber is atmospheric and 2 atm. Three gases are applied: pure oxygen (100%), pure nitrogen (100%) and air (oxygen 21%). All rabbits muscle anesthetic anesthesia. Rabbit normal room water oxygen partial pressure of 63.5 ± 12.3mmHg. A total of six groups of tests, the results are as follows:
