本文在罗列了几种员工激励理论的基础上,结合组织不同阶段和环境等内部和外部因素,试图提出富有建设性的应用方案,希望能对人员这一具有主观能动性的管理因素提出建议。
Based on several employee motivation theories, this article attempts to propose a constructive application plan based on internal and external factors such as different stages of organization and environment, hoping to make suggestions on the subjectively motivated management factors.
