卵巢粘液性肿瘤伴有肉瘤,文献上仅有5例。本文所报告的两例为唯一记载详细的病例。例1∶61岁,因腹部增大入院。体检发现腹部有一肿物,表面光滑、呈囊性、可活动、无触痛,从耻骨扩展到脐部。剖腹探查发现右侧卵巢巨大囊性肿瘤。施行经腹全子宫切除术及两侧附件切除术。病理所见:肿瘤卵圆形,16.0×10.5×9.0厘米。切面为单房囊肿,含有约1升棕褐色液体。囊壁上有一实性结节(10.0×4.5厘米)突向腔内。镜检诊断为卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤伴有纤维肉 Ovarian mucinous neoplasms are accompanied by sarcomas. There are only 5 cases in the literature. The two cases reported in this article are the only cases with detailed records. Example 1: 61 years old, admitted to hospital because of an enlarged abdomen. Physical examination revealed a tumor on the abdomen, which was smooth, cystic, movable, and without tenderness, extending from the pubic bone to the umbilicus. The exploratory laparotomy revealed a large cystic tumor of the right ovary. All abdominal hysterectomy and accessory resections were performed. Pathological findings: Tumor oval, 16.0 × 10.5 × 9.0 cm. The cut surface is a single room cyst containing approximately 1 litre of tan liquid.
