以CAE技术为基础对机翼结构进行多轴疲劳分析。为了能够准确预测机翼结构的疲劳寿命,采用流体力学分析与有限元分析相结合的方法,使用流体力学分析软件FLUENT对机翼飞行外载荷特性进行了分析,在有限元分析软件ABAQUS中进行了机翼结构静力学分析,并基于Brown-Miller多轴疲劳理论,利用FE-SAFE软件进行机翼结构多轴疲劳分析,得到了机翼结构的疲劳寿命情况以及疲劳薄弱位置。分析结果与实际情况对比表明,该方法可有效预测机翼结构疲劳寿命,为机翼结构疲劳分析提供新途径,为机翼设计时估算机翼使用寿命提供参考。
Multi-axial fatigue analysis of wing structure based on CAE technology. In order to predict the fatigue life of the aerofoil structure accurately, a hydrodynamic analysis software FLUENT was used to analyze the external load characteristics of the aerofoil. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the fatigue life of the aerofoil structure. Based on the static analysis of the wing structure and the multi-axial fatigue analysis of the wing structure based on Brown-Miller multi-axis fatigue theory, the FE-SAFE software is used to obtain the fatigue life of the wing structure and the location of fatigue weakness. The analysis results show that this method can effectively predict the fatigue life of the wing structure, provide a new way for the fatigue analysis of the wing structure, and provide a reference for the wing life estimation.
