用线性扫描吸附伏安法研究了Co(Ⅱ)与色氨酸络合物在悬汞电极上的伏安特性及机理,发现电极反应为吸附在电极表面的Co(Ⅱ)L_2的不可逆还原。在0.05ml·L~(-1)氨—氯化铵介质中,络合物导数峰电流与钻浓度在1.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)范围内呈线性,检出下限5.0×10~(-9)mol·L~(-1)。并将此法用于生物样品中钴的测定。
The voltammetric behavior and mechanism of cobalt (Ⅱ) and tryptophan complexes on the hanging mercury electrode were studied by linear sweep adsorption voltammetry. The electrode reaction was found to be irreversible reduction of Co (Ⅱ) L_2 adsorbed on the electrode surface. In the 0.05 ml·L -1 ammonia-ammonium chloride medium, the peak current of the derivative and the concentration of diamond were between 1.0 × 10 -8 ~ 1.0 × 10 -6 mol·L ~ (-1) -1), the detection limit was 5.0 × 10 ~ (-9) mol·L -1. This method was applied to the determination of cobalt in biological samples.
