传统挣值法在我国工程项目管理应用中还存在一定的缺陷,有时不能准确反映工程实际完成情况,给项目管理带来一些困难。为了使挣值法在工程项目管理中发挥积极作用,通过模拟工程案例,着重指出传统挣值法管理技术忽略了关键线路上工序的进度对于工程项目总进度的决定性作用,导致判断失误。在此基础上,提出了解决的问题的方法,通过对关键线路的挣值分析,建立了基于关键线路的改进挣值法模型和判断标准。
The traditional earned value method still has some defects in the application of engineering project management in our country, sometimes it can not accurately reflect the actual completion of the project and bring some difficulties to the project management. In order to make Earned Value Law play an active role in the project management, by simulating the project case, it is emphasized that the traditional earned value method ignores the decisive function of the progress of the process on the key line for the total progress of the project, resulting in the judgment error. On this basis, the method of solving the problem is put forward. Based on the analysis of the earned value of the key lines, the improved earned value method and the judgment standard based on the key lines are established.
