目前,在A-15化合物超导体中,铌三锗(Nb_3Ge)不仅具有许多优良特性,而且它的T_e最高,可以发展为在“液氢温区”下使用的A-15相高温超导体的实用材料。其中在“Tokomak”聚变动力堆和超导输电线方面的应用最为重要。因此,要求材料具有尽可能高的临界参数。目前,Nb_3Ge已达到的水平是:T_e23.6K,H_(e2)大于35T,零场下J_c为10~5~10~7A/cm~2。制备Nb_3Ge的方法很多,以化学气相沉积法(简称CVD法)更为适合。
At present, among the A-15 compound superconductors, niobium trigermanium (Nb_3Ge) not only has many excellent properties but also has the highest T_e and can be developed into a practical material for the A-15 phase high-temperature superconductor used in a “liquid hydrogen temperature zone” . Among them, the application of “Tokomak” fusion reactor and superconducting transmission line is the most important. Therefore, the material is required to have as high a critical parameter as possible. At present, Nb_3Ge has reached the level of: T_e23.6K, H_ (e2) is greater than 35T, zero field J_c is 10 ~ 5 ~ 10 ~ 7A / cm ~ 2. The preparation of Nb_3Ge many ways to chemical vapor deposition method (referred to as CVD method) is more suitable.
