本文对当前国内外仍普遍采用的将扭振系统简化为双扭摆模型以进行减振器设计的方法作了基本原理及其实用价值的分析和介绍。同时,对这种设计计算方法的重要缺陷作了深入的分析。在此基础上,提出了一种新的扭振系统的计算模型。文章用实际算例对比了用两种不同的计算模型所计算的结果,肯定了新计算模型的重要价值,从而为柴油机装置的减振器设计提供了新的设计计算的途径,以便充分发挥扭振减振器所能够发挥的效用。
In this paper, the basic principle and practical value of torsional vibration system, which is still widely used both at home and abroad, are simplified and double-torsional pendulum model is designed for shock absorber design.
