本文分析了当前高职院校就业指导师资队伍建设面临的主要问题,探索了以就业指导中心为核心,以辅导员、班主任为骨干,以心理咨询教师为补充,建设以专为主、专兼结合就业指导教师队伍的基本思路和主要措施,建立了强化职业资格认证、开展专业培训与课题研究等就业指导教师培训学习机制,取得了明显的实践效果。
