利用返回式卫星搭载鲁麦14,经地面连续多年选择,选育出变异后代品系烟BLU99603和烟5158,在相同的生态条件下,比较研究了3个品种(系)花后不同时期籽粒蛋白质的积聚及相关酶活性的差异。结果表明,谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性以烟5158最高,鲁麦14次之,烟BLU99603最低;且酶的活性与其相应的蛋白质积累量和积累速率一致。从空间变异后代中,有目的地选出蛋白质及其酶活性等性状有明显改良的新种质,是利用空间环境诱导小麦品质改良的新途径。
