日本在医师职业精神培养方面已经逐步形成了明确的课程体系,对我国而言,其成功经验具有借鉴之处。本文以千叶大学为例,在概观日本文部科学省发布的“医学教育典型核心课程”指导文件中“医师职业精神”的培养目标和课程目标的基础上,聚焦千叶大学医师职业精神培养课程的4大模块,以及医学生毕业时应当具备的6个能力领域36项能力要求,总结千叶大学医师职业精神培养课程体系的6大特点,以期为我国医师职业精神培养课程建设提供借鉴。“,”Japan gradually developed a curriculum system in physicians' professionalism training, whose successful experience may be valuable for China. This study summarized the goal and curriculum “Physicians' Professionalism” training from the “Model Core Curriculum for Medical Education” , launched by Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Taking the Chiba University as an example, the authors introduces 4 modules of the professionalism curriculum, 36 items in 6 domains of competencies for graduates, and concludes the 6 characteristics of the medical professionalism curriculum, which is a potential reference for the curriculum development of medical professionalism in China. Moreover, the authors introduced and analyzed the characteristics and strengthen of the curriculum system on professionalism comprehensively, which may be a reference for the cultivation of physicians' professionalism in China.
