碳铂(JM8)是顺铂的类似化合物,是在降低大鼠肾脏毒性,提高对几种瘤谱的抗肿瘤活性的基础上筛选出来的新化合物,经研究证明,该药无明显肾脏毒性,与顺铂相比其致吐作用较轻并无高频区听力损伤。作者收治了56例经组织学和细胞学检验确诊为小细胞肺癌的患者,男性34例,女性22例,平均年龄64岁(35～79岁)。根据标准分级16例为局限性病变,40例有扩散病变、其中30例因高龄、或医疗条件差而未进行过化疗。另外26例中有9例对常规化疗无效。17例化疗见效后又有复发。剂量及用法:以JM8 250～400mg/m~2置于500ml 5%葡萄糖溶液中1小时内静脉输入,每隔四周
Carboplatin (JM8) is a similar compound of cisplatin. It is a new compound screened on the basis of reducing renal toxicity in rats and increasing the anti-tumor activity of several tumor profiles. The study showed that the drug has no obvious renal toxicity. Compared with cisplatin, its emetic effect was lighter and there was no hearing loss in the high frequency area. The authors treated 56 patients diagnosed with small cell lung cancer by histological and cytological examination. There were 34 males and 22 females with an average age of 64 years (35-79 years). According to the standard classification, 16 cases were localized lesions, 40 cases had diffuse lesions, 30 of them had advanced chemotherapy, or medical conditions were poor and no chemotherapy was performed. Nine of the other 26 cases were ineffective for conventional chemotherapy. After 17 cases of chemotherapy, there was a recurrence. Dosage and Administration: Intravenous input in a 500ml 5% glucose solution in a JM8 250-400mg/m~2 for 1 hour, every 4 weeks
