民营企业是社会主义市场经济的产物,有的来自于国企转制,有的是个体经济逐步发展起来的。在民营企业的党建工作方面,普遍存在的问题是,组织机构极度压缩,党务干部兼职较多,受重视程度不够,各项党建活动受到极大削弱。作为一名党务工作者,对民营企业的党建现状深感忧虑,怎样才能改变民营企业党组织的窘境呢?笔者认为,党组织必须要有强烈的自我发展愿望,主动积极作为,通过自身努力,成为企业生产经营和精神文明建设中的中间力量。
